A solids-handling submersible pump for ponds, waterfalls, and filtration systems. The largest fixed-flow unit in the AquaForce line, above the AquaForce 2149 and the AquaForce 1000 (1,070 max GPH, 10 ft head).
Solids handling and the prefilter cage
Built to move water carrying debris rather than clean water only. The durable prefilter cage keeps larger material away from the impeller, which is what extends the servicing interval in a pond that collects leaf litter. Mag-drive pumps such as the EcoWave cannot be used this way and must sit behind a filter.
Motor
Asynchronous motor technology, which holds torque at higher head heights where conventional motors drop off, and runs considerably more efficiently than older designs on a pump operating continuously all season.
Plumbing
Multiple plumbing adapter fittings are included, so it connects to most existing pipe sizes without separate adapters.
